This Refund and Returns Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and obtaining refunds. Please note that our company policy explicitly does not accommodate “Refund Only” requests where the customer wishes to receive a refund without returning the physical product to us. 2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

- Unused and Unopened Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or invoice.
- Special Conditions:
- Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you received an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or is incorrect (not what you ordered), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photographic or video evidence.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used storage bags and products are generally non-returnable, unless they are defective. Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return.
- Final Sale: Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “As-Is” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds cannot be processed without the return of the eligible item.
3. The Return Process (Step-by-Step)

- Package the Item Securely: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories. Please include a copy of your proof of purchase and write the provided RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Return: Ship the package to our warehouse address provided in the return instructions at your own cost and risk. 4. Inspection, Refunds, and Exchanges
