We are proud to ship our products primarily within Canada. We may offer shipping to the United States or other international destinations; please refer to the checkout page for specific availability and rates at the time of your order.

Shipping Rates:‌ Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on your order’s total weight, dimensions, your shipping address, and the selected shipping method. The final shipping cost will be displayed and confirmed before you complete your purchase. We may offer promotional free shipping on orders over a certain value, as advertised on our website.

3. Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Processing:‌ Once your order and payment are confirmed, we require ‌1-2 business days‌ to process your order. This includes preparing your items, conducting quality checks, and handing the package over to our shipping carrier. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) or Canadian statutory holidays.
  • Shipping Transit Times:‌ After your order has been picked up by the carrier, the estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping service selected (e.g., Standard, Expedited). Please note these are carrier estimates and not guarantees:

Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Transit Time.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For customers ordering from outside Canada:

  • Import Duties & Taxes:‌ Any and all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or VAT/GST levied by the destination country are the ‌sole responsibility of the recipient.‌ Najiba Housewares Inc. has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We declare the full value of the merchandise on customs forms.
  • Delays:‌ Please be aware that international shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

8. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

  • Delivery Issues:‌ If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, your building’s management, or the delivery location specified (e.g., porch, back door). Then, contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number to initiate an investigation.
  • Damaged Packages:‌ If your order arrives with visible damage to the shipping box, please take photos before opening it. Upon opening, if the contents are damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged items and the packaging, and contact us within ‌48 hours‌ of delivery at zephyr@najibahousewares.com with your order number and evidence. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Lost in Transit:‌ If the tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (e.g., more than 5 business days past the expected delivery date), or if the package is officially declared lost by the carrier, please contact us. 9. In-Store Pickup

Currently, Najiba Housewares Inc. does not offer in-store pickup. All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse and shipped directly to your designated address.
